Scope and contact
This is an independent shipping-information website, not a courier or shipment-account service. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected]. Please do not send identity documents or private shipment records with an initial request.
Browsing the site
The supplied site code contains no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, remote fonts or third-party image requests. Ordinary delivery of web pages nevertheless involves technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Hosting and network services may process or log this information for delivery, security and troubleshooting under their own operational settings.
We do not use the site’s code to build advertising profiles, sell browsing data or request your precise location. External links take you to other operators whose privacy practices are outside our control.
The local message tool
Text entered into the contact tool is processed in your browser. The tool has no server submission endpoint and does not save your draft in localStorage. Preparing a message changes only the on-page output. Your browser may retain form state through its own features.
Copying asks the browser to write the draft to your clipboard; your device’s clipboard history or synchronisation settings may retain it. Downloading creates a text file on your device. You control that file and any later sharing. Neither action sends the draft to us.
Email correspondence
If you separately send an email, your address, message and any attachments are processed by the email services involved. We use correspondence to consider the question, respond where appropriate, investigate a correction and maintain relevant records. Do not send unnecessary sensitive data.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, handling a voluntary enquiry may be necessary for our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence and maintaining an accurate, secure site. Legal obligations may require some records to be kept. We retain correspondence only as reasonably needed for its purpose or applicable obligations, rather than promising a fixed period that applies to every message.
Browser preferences
The cookie preferences page can save your selection and the time of that selection in localStorage under parcelbrizestypals-cookie-choice. This is not a tracking identifier and is not sent to us by the supplied script. It remains until replaced or cleared. See Cookies for controls and removal instructions.
Your choices and rights
You can browse without using the message tool, clear local site storage and choose not to send email. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal information, and to complain to a relevant supervisory authority. Email us with enough context to locate the information; proportionate verification may be needed.
Security and changes
No internet service or email channel is completely secure. Avoid sending passwords, payment information or customs identity documents. This notice may be revised as the site’s actual functionality changes. Any new optional processing should be explained before it is introduced.
