Local tools and correspondence
The message tool prepares a plain-text draft in your browser. It does not submit a support ticket, send email or notify a carrier. Copying and downloading depend on browser permissions and device features. Review all output before using it.
Do not submit or email unlawful content, confidential third-party information, passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal data. We cannot promise a reply, a particular response time or a resolution to a delivery problem.
Acceptable use and content
You may read the site and use its checklists for your own dispatch planning. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate its operator or present our general guidance as a carrier guarantee.
